Group : In-Building Coverage Solutions

Main Job Function(s):


Accountable for all commercial aspects of In-Building Coverage (IBC) related solutions
Oversee site acquisition and/or rental sales activities related to IBC solutions plus Outdoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) solutions
Build and maintain rapport with property owners, property managements, and/or cellular operators
Participate and win tenders and/or close deals with any party: e.g. property owners, authorities, and cellular operators
Lead a group of Account Managers responsible for site acquisition and/or rental sales
Major Task(s):

Build and maintain network in property and cellular industry
Initiate and implement partnership with property owner/management as single wireless infrastructure management
Prepare and deliver pricing quotations, commercial documents, proposals, and related presentations to property owners, authorities, and/or operators within specified deadline
Prepare ROI analysis and recommend several scenarios based on requirements
Manage all direct and indirect resources related to site acquisition
Continuously monitor and review the latest market price and trends in IBC industry
Prepare annual departmental development plan and corresponding budgetary
Prepare and submit regular departmental and executive reports in timely manner
Develop KPIs of all sub-ordinates and conduct regular performance reviews

Specification / Candidate Qualification:

1. Quantity : 1
2. Degree : S1/S2
3. Major : Engineering/Business/Management
4. Status : Permanent after 3 month probationary period

Requirement(s):

Strong network in property and/or telecommunication industry
Exposure to IBC related projects is advantage
At least 5 years experience in telecommunication industry
At least 3 years experience as Sales Manager or equivalent position
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Computer and MS Office applications literate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good representative and good presentation skills
Equally perform both as team member and individual
Result-oriented and self-driven person
